The staff is amazing, the food was fabulous, and the recommendations for dinner were awesome. The smiles lasted throughout our entire visit. Nothing was too much trouble. A beautiful superior room. Aperitifs on Saturday night. Nice breakfast. An oasis in overwhelming Naples. Convenient location.

The hotel facilities were excellent, including a rooftop terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and sundowners with a view. The location near the central rail station made it very convenient for us to explore the city, and it was within walking distance of many of the main sights.

We stayed in a hotel in a very rundown and dangerous area, adjacent to a busy train station. However, the hotel offered a comfortable room with a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options. the hotel provided useful facilities such as dental sets and bathrobes with slippers.
The location of the hotel was unsafe, attracting pickpockets and lacking police presence.

My room at Unahotels was fine, with a luxurious feel that surpassed my expectations. The comfortable bed and three beautiful balconies made my stay more fun. The rooftop dining area offered amazing views of the city, and the food was delicious. Although the area outside the hotel was a bit dirty, it was bustling and I felt safe. I recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance of many tourist locations and just in front of the station. The service was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services all available. We also appreciated the welcome drink and pet amenities that were offered. Our room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We also loved the terrace and in-room safe. The staff were incredibly friendly and even remembered our room number for check-out, which was a nice touch.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.
